We have secured a limited number of rooms at the Hotel Vila Galé Porto, the venue for the course. Conveniently located in the heart of Porto, the hotel is just 750 meters from the city’s main shopping street, Rua de Santa Catarina, and within easy reach of many popular attractions.

You can book your room during the registration process. Bookings close on 15 August 2025 or earlier if rooms sell out. Rates are listed in Euros (€).

For shared rooms, only one attendee needs to book. Please include the name of the person you are sharing with in the comments field during registration.

If you require an extra bed, an additional fee applies. Contact the Event Manager to add this to your booking before completing payment.
