English will be the language spoken at all lectures and training sessions.

What is included in my Course registration fee?

Course Registration Includes:

  • Attendance at all course sessions
  • All coffee breaks
  • Lunch during the conference official times = 3 lunches
  • Networking Reception on Day 1
  • Various administrative costs


What is NOT included in the registration fee?

  • Accommodation
  • Travel and transfers
  • Breakfasts
  • Dinners on Day 2 and 3


How do I register for the conference?

Registrations are accepted via the teal registration button at the top of the homepage or the link on the top of every page.
 

What is Super-Earlybird Registration?

To save an extra €50 off the earlybird registration fee, the Super-Earlybird deadline is until 30 March 2025 . This must be paid by 30 March 2025 or it will change to the Earlybird rate. Applies to 1st 10 registrations only.


What is the Earlybird Registration Deadline?

To save on registration fees, the Earlybird deadline is 18 July 2025.  


When is the Abstract Closing Date?

Abstracts are to be submitted via the google form following the instructions on the Abstracts Page. The closing date for submissions is 17 August 2025. 


What is the cut-off date to register for this Course?

Pre-registration is REQUIRED to secure your place. Those registering on or after 20 September 2025 will pay a penalty of Euro €100 on top of the regular fee. There are only a limited number of places available due to space contraints so secure your place by booking early - in the past we ran out of space and closed registration!

 

I need to update my details, how can I login to my registration?

You can login to your registration by clicking the "login" button on the top right side of this website. 

 

I need an invoice for my registration fee. How do I get it?

Step 1: Registration is necessary

Fill out the Registration Form, providing your Invoice Address in the Billing Address field (e.g., university, institution, or company) and VAT number if needed in one of the "Address fields". If you need to make changes after you have completed the registration process and an invoice has been issued, you will need to contact the event manager. Greater than one change to the invoice address after issuance may incur an additional fee of €8 per change due to the manual work involved to this process.

Step 2: Payment Step

Credit Card: After payment, an invoice will be automatically emailed to you.

Bank Transfer: An invoice is automatically emailed for payment. Once payment is received, the paid invoice will be emailed to you.
You can switch to credit card payment later via the "Login" tab on the top right corner of this website if needed.

 

I registered but did not pay. I now wish to pay by credit card, what do I do?

Please login to your registration by clicking the "login" button on the top right side of this website.  Inside you will find the invoice and an option to pay by credit card.

 

How do I view my invoice?

Your invoice is automatically generated when you register and a link is sent to you in the confirmation letter.  You can also view your invoice by clicking the "login" button on the top right side of this website. Inside you will find the invoice.

 

I need to cancel, is there a cancellation policy?

Please see the Refund Policy page on the bottom for all the details.

Do I need to wear a name badge?

Your name badge is your entry to the Course. This is required for security reasons and your own safety.


Do I need personal insurance?

Delegates shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to person or property, including baggage during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy taken should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, change to a virtual event, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements due to strikes or other industrial action or Force Majeure. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
