By attending in-person you have the opportunity to ask as many questions you like, be assisted during the workshops and meet with speakers during the breaks and at the end of the day - this is the best way to learn.

Important 

 

Type Carefully: Your name badge will be printed exactly as you type it. Double-check for typos!

Use Sentence Case: Please avoid typing in all CAPITALS or all lowercase. Example: Type Vasco da Gama instead of VASCO DA GAMA.

Email Address: Ensure your email address is correct, or you may miss important notifications.

VIP Code Field: Leave the "VIP code" field blank unless you have been specifically given a code.

Billing Address: In the payment section, complete the "Billing Address" field even if it matches your address. This information will appear on your invoice and is required to finalise your registration. 

Bank Transfers: Always include the invoice number in the reference field to ensure your payment is correctly attributed.

I need an invoice for my registration fee. How do I get it?

Step 1: Registration is necessary

Fill out the Registration Form, providing your Invoice Address in the Billing Address field (e.g., university, institution, or company) and VAT number if needed in one of the "Address fields" eg line 2 (see example here). If you need to make changes after you have completed the registration process and an invoice has been issued, you will need to contact the event manager. Greater than one change to the invoice address after issuance may incur an additional fee of €8 per change due to the manual work involved to this process!

Step 2: Payment Step

A. Credit Card (VISA & Mastercard only) two options:

1.   Credit Card Online. You will be transferred to a secure site. This takes you to the PayPal payment gateway. Select "Pay by Card", you do not need to be a PayPal member.

or

2. Credit Card Offline: Select "Bank Transfer or Offline Credit Card" at checkout. Then, either:

  • Submit your card details using the form provided on your invoice to the email on the "Contact Us" webpage (Make PDF).
  • Schedule a phone appointment to provide your details.

We manually process offline credit card payments via the SecurePay gateway in AUD$ at the exchange rate on the date received. Your details are securely destroyed immediately after processing.

Card payments will appear from "MEETING MAKERS" on your credit card statement.

 

B. Bank Transfer: An invoice is automatically emailed for payment. Once payment is received, the paid invoice will be emailed to you. 

You can switch to credit card payment later via the "Login" tab on the top right corner of this website if needed.

 

You can login to your registration at any time to view your invoice using the button on the top right corner.

 

Atenção: Sua instituição pode exigir que o número de IVA esteja incluído na fatura. Para evitar problemas futuros, certifique-se de solicitar essas informações antes de se registrar.

Preencha o Formulário de Inscrição, informando o endereço de faturamento no campo Billing Address (por exemplo, universidade, instituição ou empresa) e o número de IVA, se necessário, em um dos campos de endereço, como a linha 2 (veja o exemplo aqui).

Uma vez que a fatura tenha sido paga, é impossível adicionar o número de IVA posteriormente!

 

Registration Instructions

 

1. Select Your Ticket(s): Choose the number of attendees from the dropdown menu. 

2. Primary Contact Details: Enter the name and email address of the primary contact person.

3. Complete Registration: Click "Register." A new page will appear where you can enter the details for each attendee. If you are registering more than one person you can enter their details here.

STUDENT REGISTRATION

PLEASE PROVIDE A CONFIRMATION SIGNED BY THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT TO CONFIRM. If you are not a student please register as a regular attendee!  We will check your status and if you are not a student we will change the registration to a regular registration.  (Student registrations are subsidised by the conference, it costs us more than the fee for every student!)
